St James' Church and St Luke's Church, Glossop
Together the two churches make up Whitfield Parish, Glossop, part of Derby Diocese. Worship, teaching, service, fellowship and evangelism grow out of our response to what God the Father has done in sending His Son to be our Saviour and Lord.

Find out on the Parish CalendarWelcome to Brian Magorrian
On 1st September we will welcome our new Parish Associate Minister Brian Magorrian. Brian will be moving from Carlise Diocese with his wife Rachel and children Sam (18) and Mary (16) to join the Leadership Team here in Whitfield Parish. Let's pray for them during the next few weeks as they go through the emotionally difficult time of saying good-bye to the congregations in Brough, Musgrave, Warcop and Appleby and the many friends they have made.
Brian will start work in Whitfield Parish on Wednesday 15th September and his licensing service will be on Sunday 3rd October at 10.30am when we will welcome the Archdeacon of Chesterfield Christine Wilson.
The service will be followed by a bring and share lunch.
